Network Status

It is possible that on occasion a service or services may become unavailable or fail to function correctly.

This can be due to a number of reasons. These include but are not limited to:

• Server reboots (click here for more information)
• Service restarts after a software update.
• Essential maintenance work.
• Hardware problems.
• Network traffic issues.

Where possible all maintenance will be performed during quiet periods. However it is sometimes necessary to perform critical updates as soon as possible. This may mean the service is temporarily taken offline or restarted.

If you find that a service is unavailable then please check this website. If there is no information check the service again after 15 minutes. If it is still unavailable then check this website again for further infomation.

Where an outage is less than 15 minutes this will not be reported on Network Status.
