Due to the previously reported SERVER UNAVILABLE problems we have rebooted the server. This will take approximately 5 minutes and sites will be unavailable while the reboot takes place.

The web servers are currently unable to connect to either MSSQL or MySQL. We are working to find the cause of this and rectify as soon as possible.

The majority of systems are now back to normal following the server failure at the weekend. The following services are however still affected:

Control Panel is not reporting up to date diskspace or bandwidth data.
The ability to make some payments via the control panel is currently unavailable.
Web site statistical data will be unavailable while we merge the old data. It is expected this will be unavailabel for the next 24 hours.

CHIEFWIGGUM UPDATE 2

Further to the reallocation of websites due to the failure of the chiefwiggum server there are still a few intermittent problems we are working to resolve.

# Some PHP based sites may display CGI handler errors. This occurs when we restart a service. This may occur over the next few hours.

# Statistics are not available for sites on the Chiefwiggum servers as these are currently being retreived from backup and migrated to the new server.

# Some sites may show intermittent server unavailable or similiar error messages. This occurs when a service is restarted. This may occur over the next few hours as we stabalise the system.
