SMTP Server Error

We are currently experiencing some problems with the main SMTP server. This is affecting incoming mail from being delivered and customers from sending mail.
NOTE: Incoming gateway servers are accepting and queuing mail.
RESOLVED: Some mail may be delayed as the internal mail queue is cleared. This may take anouther 60 minutes.
